CrowdManager is a small yet fast growing company with offices located in Norway and Poland. We believe social media radically change the way businesses interact with their customers. To be able to handle their customer relations efficiently, businesses need a cross platform social tool supporting collaboration across the organisation. Our cloud based tool is positioned to fill this gap.We shall strive to develop the architecture that Facebook wish they had. Working cross social platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, we are defining a data model for all platforms.

 



The candidate

You will be a key member of our team focusing on maintaining and refining the shape of our product. While keeping contact with our customers and staying up-to-date with the social media and our competitors’ solutions, you will be working closely with the development team to build a product giving best value and user experience. You will maintain the open company culture in our multinational team with English as the main communication language.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding our product deeply and giving training if required
  • Creating and adjusting product roadmap in cooperation with management and team
  • Working closely with designers and developers
  • Keeping track of feature requests
  • Staying up-to-date with trends in the social networks
  • Communicating with existing and potential customers
  • Travelling to customers or partners if required

 

 

Requirements / nice to have:

  • Proficient English in speaking and writing
  • Experience in product management or similar field
  • Good understanding of Social Media
  • Experience in maintaining customer relations
  • Technical background (programming or similar)
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum, Kanban

The candidate

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and execute exploratory tests as well as automated tests in order to ensure product quality.As a QA Engineer you will estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities. You will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our issue tracking software(JIRA).

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities
  • Design, develop and execute automated tests
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

 

 

Requirements / nice to have:

  • Good communications skills in English
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
  • Some experience in software development is a nice to have
  • Proven working experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  • Knowledge of SQL and C#
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
